Hi, I'm Jacqui 👋🏻

I'm a productivity nerd, process junkie, problem solver, outdoor adventurer, baker, maker, and entrepreneur. I'm a life-long resident of the Jersey Shore, alum of The College of New Jersey, wife, and Mama. Lover of dogs, music, sports, tacos, and bourbon-barrel aged stout.
 
My personal mission is to challenge the status-quo with a relentless pursuit of innovation, creativity, and empathy, so that together we can be more productive, collaborative, and happier in our work and lives.

Many projects are a mess.

They tend to be as disorganized as my 5 year old’s playroom, communication is like a game of telephone, scope creep is REAL, and deadlines tend to be suggestions.

As a consultant and project manager, people and relationships are everything, but so is keeping projects on time and on budget. I love what I do because being a Project Manager lets me geek out on meticulous organization and the tiniest details, while setting an example of what clear communication and expectations should look like. I also love making clients happy, like really really happy.
