Create a Plan

Current Process & Workflow Mapping
First we'll document existing workflows and processes, not your wish list. This will make it simple to identify gaps.
WEEKS 7-10
Analysis & Design
With the existing processes documented, we'll highlight bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and where additional processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are needed. Then we'll design your new and improved workflows.
WEEKS 11-14
Implementation & Training
Now we get to the fun part. We'll roll out your shiny new processes and SOPs in phases and train the team on the new way of working.
